He revealed that the company has set out to improve the customer experience and provide real-time information and updates to customers. He further revealed that customer feedback has helped improve the functionality and user experience of the website.
The site offers quick report function for safety and faults, counter app, real-time tickets for customer complaint tracking, EKEDC Self-Care, timely fault updates, gallery business and information and recruitments.
Idemudia noted that customers can pay their bills and purchase tokens without any hassle, access their transaction history, check staff details, and access area office and business district information. He also hinted that the website will continue to evolve and improve to reflect progress and feedback.
