REPORTS

BURGLARY (Late), 2021-12010247, 2500 block of 20e Route N. At approximately 12:47 am on December 2, police were dispatched on the late report of a burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 11:30 p.m., the victims returned to their residence and noticed that several of their personal effects had been stolen, including electronic devices and an undisclosed sum of money. There was no sign of a forced entry into the residence. There is no description of suspect (s). The investigation is ongoing.

ILLEGAL ENTRY, 2021-12010231, 1600 block of S. Eads street. At approximately 10:34 p.m. on December 1, police were dispatched to report an illegal entry. Upon arrival, it was determined that approximately 15 minutes earlier, the victim was inside the closed and secure business when she saw the unknown suspect standing inside. The victim asked if she needed help and when he started contacting the dispatcher, the suspect fled the scene on foot. The investigation determined that a company master key had been stolen a few days before the incident. The suspect is described as a stocky woman with dark brown or black hair, measuring approximately 5’10 “to 6’0”, wearing a pink shirt. The investigation is ongoing.
